We know exactly what it’s like to buy something online and worry that it might not fit or suit you…so we’ve made sure our returns policy is fuss and hassle free! You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item.
Just email email@example.com for your return details and send it by trackable post within 7 days of the request. For UK and International returns, we allow as much time as needed for the return to arrive with us safely, as long as the item has been posted within 7 days. No penalties are made for mail delays, and you are welcome to use 1st or 2nd class mail or any carrier desired.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It will have tags attached and can optionally be returned in the original packaging.
Please do not remove the hygiene strip or your own underwear when trying on pieces. Strips which have been tampered with/removed will invalidate your return.
Some items are exempt from our returns policy unless faulty:
- Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and normally process your refund within 1 working day. Please note that your card issuer or bank may take up-to 5 additional days to process your refund.
We offer returns on all items, including sale items.
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges for other sizes or for similar items. If you’d like to exchange your item, please return your item and place a new order.
Return delivery costs
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. The exception to this is faulty or misdescribed items where we will pay for shipping both ways.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure safe arrival.
